'40012 Aureol' In Preservation

40012 Seen in Swanwick yard in light green undercoat on 18th January 2004. The loco had just been moved out of the museum building one Sunday afternoon without any warning from MR-Butterley staff and left in the open with no sheets on it to protect the undercoat.
We quickly stopped what we were doing and sheeted the loco over before going home that night.
